Sea Stair 2-section take-apart option

A two-section take-apart stair uses mortise-tennon connections secured by locking pins to allow the stair to be be easily split into two seperate sections. Applications inclue: Use of the shorter length for boarding from higher fixed docks to keep the stair from extending too far across the dock surface and use of the longer lenght to reach lower floating docks; Stowage of a stair within a space shorter than the full length of a fixed-length stair; Easier handling of larger stairs in sections rather than as a single unit; Acommodating two different boarding locations where one is higher above the waterline than the other and requires a longer stair.

  • Provides the functionality of two different stair lengths in a single stair

  • Stows in a shorter length than a full-length stair

  • Handles as two separate smaller sections
